My plug-in stoped working after the last Wordpress update dealing with their customer service was the worst experience eve. They blamed my hosting for the random sync issues I had and gave me a running for 2 month with no help to actually solve the issue!

Been using Printful for a couple of years now. Historically their products, pricing, and IT support was great. These past couple of months though absolutely TERRIBLE IT SUPPORT! I wrote IT support about my store not syncing and they gave me the most basic of basic obvious response. I told them we already tried there solution (wait and try again) and it is still not syncing (Printful and WooCommerce/WordPress). FOUR more times they wrote the same type of email to me with no new info. Literally they said, try again in 5 minutes. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO WEEKS NOW. It's like the IT support team doesn't know what they are doing and reading a broken script. I may switch providers over this. Even though it's a hassle, it will be worth it to get quality support elsewhere. Two giant thumbs down Printful IT Support. 👎🏼👎🏼

I am blown away at how easy it was to create products and sync them with WooCommerce on our WordPress site. Within an instance, our branded products were integrated into our online bookstore. Impressive technology! Thank you for this game-changing tool for our online community.

The plugin stop to sync after i add 88 products. I spend many hours to try various things to make the plugin to work again. I contacted the support team, i followed the instructions several times without result. Printful had as error to contact my server but i don't believe is that because i had various integration plugins and none of them had any problem to add products.

It was working fine until I accidentally pressed refresh data when adding products to my woocommerce store from Printful. Now I can't get it to sync. Customer support tells me not their problem, go to my host. My host says not my problem, go to printful. No one will figure out this issue and from reading some of the other reviews here it seems like this is a printful plugin issue.

Thanks for the plugin. I have uploaded 100+ products and everything works fine but it would be great if the product title automatically added to the image alt text fields. You know, "Alt texts" are important for SEO.
