Just does not work

We’ve been using SuperSaaS for a year or so now and it’s been brilliant!! Sure, there was a learning curve getting everything setup but once we did and tested it, it has worked flawlessly since. The support via email from Jan and his crew is phenomenal. Even on the weekends here in the US, he’ll reply from the Netherlands within a couple of minutes. He explains things thoroughly and I’ve yet to need help with something or ask, “How do I implement this?”, that he can’t answer. Oh, and the cost of SuperSaaS can not be beat. I don’t recommend anything else !!!

Main functionality of plugin is single sign on with Wordpress users, which works pretty fine. If you do not need SSO , I recommned to use rather <iframe> to integrate the booking system on your Wordpress site.

You know, if you can’t make it easy you get one star. I’m trying to set up accept payment but it just let’s me create the appointment without halting everything for the payment first. I read the directions but it it’s not working out very well. It accepts appointments but when I click on ASK FOR PAYMENT I expect to ask for the payment! It’s crazy all the buttons and checkboxes you have to go through. Sorry.
