  • {ClientEmail}

External service: IntelTele

This plugin relies on the external IntelTele messaging service to send SMS and Viber messages and to retrieve message delivery information.

IntelTele API:
https://srv.intel-tele.io:1323

API documentation:

Privacy Policy:

An IntelTele account and API key are required to use message sending features.

The plugin communicates with IntelTele when an administrator:

  • checks the IntelTele account connection or balance;
  • sends an SMS or Viber message;
  • sends a bulk campaign;
  • sends an automatic WooCommerce notification;
  • requests or synchronizes delivery statuses.

Depending on the action, the following data may be transmitted to IntelTele:

  • IntelTele API key used to authenticate the request;
  • recipient phone number;
  • message text;
  • SMS sender name;
  • Viber sender name;
  • Viber TTL and other delivery parameters used by the request;
  • IntelTele message ID when checking delivery status;
  • website timezone when requesting delivery status.

When WooCommerce template variables are used, the final rendered message text may contain information from the WooCommerce order, depending on the template configured by the website administrator. This may include customer name, order status, delivery address, email address, phone number, payment method, order ID, order amount, currency, tracking number, tracking URL or payment URL.

Data is transmitted to IntelTele only when the relevant IntelTele functionality is used.

By entering an IntelTele API key and using the sending or status functions, the website administrator enables communication with the IntelTele external service.

Data stored on the WordPress website

For operation, diagnostics and reporting, the plugin stores data in the website’s WordPress database. Depending on the functions used, this can include:

  • IntelTele plugin settings and API key;
  • configured SMS and Viber sender names;
  • manager phone numbers;
  • notification templates;
  • message text;
  • recipient phone number;
  • recipient name and role;
  • WooCommerce order ID;
  • campaign and recipient information;
  • IntelTele message IDs;
  • API responses;
  • delivery statuses;
  • error information;
  • Viber TTL and fallback information;
  • plugin diagnostic logs;
  • delivery webhook request information, including request IP address, request headers, parameters, payload and raw request body.

Sensitive authorization and cookie headers, including the webhook authentication header, are redacted from stored webhook headers. The webhook secret is excluded from stored query parameters.

Delivery callbacks require the secret included in the Webhook URL shown in Settings. The secret can alternatively be sent in the X-IntelTele-Token request header. Keep this URL private and configure the complete URL in your IntelTele account.

Deactivating the plugin stops its scheduled WP-Cron events. Deactivation does not automatically delete the plugin’s stored settings, logs or custom database tables.

Website administrators are responsible for configuring and using the plugin in accordance with applicable privacy, electronic communications and consent requirements.

Does the plugin require WooCommerce?

WooCommerce is required for order-status automation, WooCommerce templates and order-related variables.

When a message is sent, IntelTele receives the information needed to provide the messaging service, including the API key, recipient phone number, sender and message text.

When WooCommerce variables are included in a template, the resulting message text may contain the order or customer information selected by the website administrator.

See the External service: IntelTele section above for details.
